Liability Insurance including Cover for "Damage to Items Worked Upon"

We appreciate that some Valeters & Detailers, particularly those working on prestige and high end vehicles, want to reassure their customers that they are covered against damage to their customer's vehicle. However, this cover is normally specifically excluded from Liability policies or is subject to an excess of £1,000 or more, which often deters people from purchasing the cover.

After making representations to Underwriters, we are pleased to confirm that we now have an exclusive arrangement where we can provide competitively priced Public Liability Insurance including "damage to items worked upon" subject to an excess of only £500.

We can also cover a wide range of motor trade activities (not just valeting and detailing) and also a much wider range of vehicles, including HGVs or agricultural plant.

• Public Liability at an indemnity limit of £1m, £2m or £5m
• Service Indemnity at £1m, £2m or £5m
• Care Custody or Control Extension (damage to "items worked upon") at an indemnity limit of £50,000 or £100,000
• £500 Care Custody & Control excess
• Payments by monthly instalments available
