We have been working closely with members of the valeting industry and a leading UK Insurance Company to create a policy specifically tailored for mobile valeters & detailers. After extensive research into the policies currently available, it was apparent that whilst “Tradesmen” Public Liability policies offer great value for money, the trade definition was very restrictive, covering “car” valeters only (or at best, cars and vans up to 1000kg GVW) and only offering low sums insured for tools, equipment and stock. This caused us great concern and with our extensive knowledge and understanding of the valeting industry, we have negotiated an exclusive scheme which includes the following benefits:

Competitively priced Liability Insurance for “Mobile Car Valeters & Detailers”
Business activities endorsed as “Mobile Valeting & Detailing of Cars, Vans up to 3.5t, Motorhomes & Caravans"
Public Liability at an indemnity limit of £1m, £2m or £5m
Cover for Tools, Equipment & Stock at £1,500, £2,500 or £5,000 with a single article limit of £1,000
Option to include Employers Liability and Temporary Employees cover
£100 Third Party Property Damage excess
Payments by monthly instalments available

Please note that, as with all “per capita” policies available on the insurance market, damage to “items worked upon” is excluded. If you require this cover, you will need a Motor Trade Liability policy which we can arrange on your behalf. In the same respect, if a higher limit than £5k for tools, stock and equipment is required, cover can be arranged under a separate Goods In Transit policy.
