After extensive research into the insurance policies currently available, it was apparent that whilst typical “Tradesmen” Public Liability policies offer great value for money, the trade definition was very restrictive, covering “car” valeters only (or at best, cars and vans up to 1000kg GVW) and excluding any damage to customer’s vehicles whilst being worked upon. This caused us great concern and, with our extensive knowledge and understanding of the valeting industry, we have negotiated an exclusive scheme specifically tailored for Valeters & Detailers which includes the following benefits:

• An extensive business description of “Motor Vehicle Valeting/Detailing – internal & external (including engine bay) cleaning, including pressure washing & steam cleaning, deodorising, paint decontamination, paint touch up by hand (stone chips & scratches), paint polishing/enhancement/correction (swirl, scratch & defect removal by hand and/or by machine), internal & external protection (protectants, sealants, waxes etc.)”
• A choice of Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum cover with options to include “Damage to items being worked upon”
• Public Liability at an indemnity limit of £1m, £2m or £5m
